Dolls House Basements
Do you have a dolls house but cannot find a suitable basement to go with it?
We can make a basement to your requirements.
Our basements can have hinged or lift off front sections.
The Regents, Grange and Sutton basements can be adapted to fit most dolls houses.
Please Note: These basements are built decorated externally and lit but are not supplied with interior decoration, if you require this serice please ask for details.

Regents Basement Type A - from £295
Includes 3 rooms, painted ceilings and lighting but without internal decoration.
- Internal doors
- One light in each room

Regents Basement Type B - from £345
Includes 2 rooms, painted ceilings and lighting but without external decoration
- Three lights in each room
- One internal working door
- Two false interior doors
- Real stone effect paving

Grange Basement - from £250
The Grange Basement can be made to measure with rooms to the front and side with internal doors as required.

Sutton Basement - from £225
The Sutton Basement can be supplied with 2 or 3 rooms & internal doors.
It can be supplied with or without a staircase
The exterior can be finished with or without the shown block work effect.

We will only use brick effect wallpapers when it is necessary to match a basement to an existing house. We do not use external paper on our houses because of the possibility of fading. Houses that are externally papered cannot be left in direct sunlight.
We will attempt to match our made to measure basements to the style of your dolls house. However we cannot guarantee colour or pattern match with paint or brick effects that are already on your house.
